MAG boxes use a portal system instead of a typical app login. You provide the device MAC address to the IPTV provider, enter the portal URL, and the box loads live TV and VOD through a classic set-top-box interface.
Configuration steps
Open system settings, go to Servers, choose Portals, enter the portal name and URL, then restart the box. The provider must activate your MAC address before the portal will load.
- Send the exact MAC address.
- Use Ethernet when possible.
- Check portal spelling carefully.
- Restart after saving settings.
Fix Page Loading Error
This usually means wrong portal URL, inactive MAC, DNS issue, or blocked network route. Test another DNS or ask support to verify your MAC activation.
